Garrett Smith, P.E. - Engineering

Garrett is a Professionally Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 20 years experience on over 90 projects in energy systems development, power generation plant design, construction management, plant start-up & commissioning, and control systems. He was graduated with Honors in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 from Oregon State University where he studied high-efficiency energy concepts with the late, renowned professor of thermodynamics, Dr. Dwight Bushnell. Garrett's expertise lies in understanding & optimizing plant operations. He was instrumental in developing the Stewardsmith business model and is poised to play a key role in its implementation.

Ryan McDonald - Management

Ryan McDonald was graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Political Science in 1998, and has financed and directed several advanced multi-media presentations spanning over a decade. Ryan has orchestrated numerous multi-million dollar electrical infrastructure transactions with Investor-Owned Utilities and Cooperatives throughout the Western United States. He has pioneered cutting edge contracts for the sales of renewable commodities into new markets with highly established and bankable buyers, thereby solidifying project revenues associated with the Stewardsmith business model.

Gordon Ware - Operations

Gordon has over 20 years of management experience in power plant construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance involving a variety of work environments for power generation. Gordon is highly trained in gas nomination forecasting and outage planning for both utility and independent power distribution systems. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of plant safety, environmental, and operational policies/procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations as required. Gordon holds degrees in both agriculture and alternative energy.
